Our team of project managers and engineers specialised in design and installation of HVAC systems for commercial projects. We work seamlessly with our clients and other building services professionals to provide cost efficient and delivery solution and to ensure all aspects of HVAC can be tailored to the exact requirements of every project.
HVAC Refurbishment
Our team specialised in complete upgrades and refurbishments of live mechanical services central plants. We have replaced various chillers, boilers, air handling units, VAV systems, pumps, BMCS, cooling towers, critical systems such as CRAC units, and other essential services such as stair pressurisation systems.
HVAC Fitout
Value engineering and early involvement at design stage are two main keys of our success. Our highly qualified team of experienced project managers and mechanical engineers aim to reduce stress of tenancy fit-outs. Our knowledge in building services and extensive liaisons with our clients ensures expectations are always met.

HVAC Project Partners is a mechanical services design and construct contracting company dedicated to serving the Sydney commercial construction industry.
The company was formed in 2013 by the two directors, David Skipper and Keith Woods, out of a passion to deliver quality mechanical services projects, build long term relationships with our clients, suppliers and subcontractors, and in all honesty have some fun along the way.
In the last 8 years since the company was established HVAC Project Partners has delivered over 250 projects. We have also managed to develop strong relationships with Construction Companies & Corporate Clients entrenched with the passion & beliefs that founded our own business. These valued clients have entrusted our business with the reputation of their own businesses & properties & in return we have met their expectations & continue to raise our levels of excellence in every aspect of our business to meet ever increasing customer satisfaction levels.

David Skipper
Projects Director
A well regarded highly motivated and experienced Project and Operations Manager with over 25 years of experience in the mechanical services construction industry.
David has demonstrated strengths in the areas of project and contracts management, sales and business development, and customer relationship management. David brings to the table a strong technical and practical knowledge of mechanical services which stems from his vast experience as a tradesmen through to the wealth of project management experience gained from working for some of the industries most respected contracting companies delivering projects for the likes of Google (Pyrmont Head Offices), Westfield Corporate Offices (4 levels 85 Castlereagh St), Origin Energy Corporate Head Offices (4 levels 20 Bond st) and 3M Corporate Head Offices (6 levels Macquarie Corporate Park).
The project delivery focused nature of David’s personality, along with his skills and experience provide outstanding results for his client’s projects which can now be leveraged to its full extent as a co-director of HVAC Project Partners Pty Ltd.
Keith Woods
Engineering Director
A very technically proficient degree qualified mechanical engineer who has gained a rare 360 degree understanding of the mechanical services construction industry having worked for over 20 years in both client side and delivery side design, project and operational management roles.
As a co-director of HVAC Project Partners Pty Ltd it has given Keith the platform in which to fully utilise his passion to provide his clients “win - win” outcomes in both design and business situations, while never compromising the underlying fundamental that the mechanical services systems “must work”.
Keith has a long proven track record of delivery of solid engineering and client satisfaction outcomes in a number of high profile projects ranging from commercial and retail fitouts through to full live mission critical data centre refurbishments including Apple Flag Ship Store (Cnr George and King Streets), Westpac Data Centre Full Live Refurbishment (North Ryde) and C3 Church Oxford Falls (2000 seat auditorium).
Luke Mackenzie
Project Manager
As a qualified refrigeration technician, Luke has a strong hands on approach to project management. With in excess of 8 years industry experience including time spent on client side and delivery side, he brings a well rounded expertise to the business. Luke's greatest strength lies in his organisational capabilities which ensure outstanding results are an outcome for our client base. Luke is held in high regard by both his peers & those that encounter him in his everyday working life.
Brad Anderson
Senior Site Manager
With a broad range of industry experience that has extended over 30 years; Brad has been involved with landmark projects in the construction industry during his career where his strong technical knowledge and practical approach of HVAC systems has seen him excel in project management and delivery. Brad has strong commercial knowledge of the this industry that enhances his ability to produce strong commercial outcomes for our business with projects completed on time and on budget.
